This page explains what information We Buy Fast NC collects, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to tell us to stop. Plain English, no fine print games.
Effective date: July 31, 2026 · Last updated: July 31, 2026
We Buy Fast NC is a family owned North Carolina home buyer. We have been buying houses across the state since 2014, more than 500 of them, and we buy directly from homeowners rather than listing them.
This website, webuyfastnc.com, is operated by Majestic Group LLC, doing business as We Buy Fast NC (“We Buy Fast NC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). That is the legal name behind the trading name, and we would rather you see both than wonder.
This policy covers information we collect through this website, through our blog, through our lead forms, and when you call, text, or email us. Let us say the rest of it in plain English.
When you fill out a form, call, text, or email us, we collect what you choose to share. That usually includes:
You do not have to give us any of this. If you leave something out, we may not be able to prepare a useful set of options for you.
Please do not send us sensitive numbers you were not asked for. We do not need your Social Security number, bank account numbers, or card numbers to talk with you or to prepare your Options Plan. If a purchase moves forward, the closing attorney or title company will request what they need, directly from you, through their own process.
Like most websites, this site and our blog collect technical information automatically as you browse. That includes your IP address, general location derived from it (usually city or region level), browser and device type, the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how long you stay, and the site or ad that sent you here.
Some of that collection happens through third-party tools, and one of them records a replay of your visit. The next section names every one of them.
Calls to 704.529.9294 may be answered by an automated virtual assistant, especially after hours or when our team is on another call. If you ask, it will tell you plainly that it is a virtual assistant and not a person.
When that happens, the call is processed by our phone and CRM provider, and we receive a written transcript and summary of what was said, along with your phone number, the time of the call, and how long it lasted. We use that to route your request to a real person and to follow up accurately.
If you would rather not speak with the virtual assistant, hang up and text us or use a form instead, and a person will follow up.
These are the third-party tools running on webuyfastnc.com and on our blog right now. Each one is named, with what it does and a link to that company’s own privacy policy.
Measures how many people visit, which pages they read, and which pages lead to a form or a call. It sets cookies and receives your IP address, page URLs, and the actions you take on the site, such as submitting a form or tapping a phone number.
The container that loads the other tools on this list. It does not build a profile of you by itself, but it is how the rest of them get onto the page, so we list it here rather than hide it.
This one records your visit. Clarity creates a session replay, which is a playback of your mouse movement, scrolling, taps, and clicks on our pages, plus heatmaps showing where visitors click. We use it to find confusing layouts and broken pages. Clarity is configured to mask text you type into form fields, but please do not type anything into this site that you would not want captured.
Tells Meta which of our pages you viewed and whether you submitted a form or booked a call, so we can measure our advertising and show ads to people who have visited. Meta’s automatic event detection is part of this. That feature lets Meta capture details of buttons you click, including the button text and where the button points, such as a phone link, without us configuring each one.
Hosts this website, our blog, our forms, our booking calendar, and our CRM. Anything you type into a form on this site goes to HighLevel first and is stored there. Our phone number, text messages, and the virtual assistant run on the same platform.
If we add another analytics or advertising tool, we will update this list. If we begin running Google Ads, Google Ads conversion tracking will be added here before it goes live.
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We and the tools above use them to keep the site working, remember that you have already been here, measure traffic, and measure advertising. Some are set by us and some are set by Google, Microsoft, Meta, and HighLevel.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them will not stop you from getting an offer from us, and it will not change how we treat you. Some parts of the site may work less smoothly.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. There is still no single industry standard for how sites must answer those signals, so we cannot promise every tool above honors them. The opt-out links further down work regardless.
We use the information you give us to:
We use the automatically collected information to understand which pages help people, fix what is broken, and measure our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your contact details to other companies for their marketing. Your information is not a product we sell to other investors, other buyers, or lead brokers.
When you give us your phone number on a form, by text, or on a call, you agree that We Buy Fast NC may contact you at that number by phone call and by text message about your property, your Options Plan, and your appointment. Some of those messages are sent automatically.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to get your Options Plan. You can ask us to use email or phone only, and we will.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or text message consent with any third party for that third party’s own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes of any kind.
The only companies that see your mobile number in connection with text messaging are the service providers that help us deliver those messages, such as our CRM and messaging platform and the carriers that transmit them. Those providers may use your mobile number only to deliver our messages to you, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email, and it does not mean we cannot call you if you asked us to call. Tell us which channels you want and we will honor that. If you want us to stop contacting you entirely, say so and we will stop.
Email [email protected] or call 704.529.9294 and tell us what you want. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.
We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before we act, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires it or where we need them for a transaction that already happened. If we cannot delete something, we will tell you which part and why. There is no charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
We may still need to send you a message about a transaction already in progress, for example a closing date. Those are not marketing and are not covered by an opt out.
North Carolina does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law with its own request process. We extend the access and deletion requests above to anyone who asks, wherever you live, rather than sorting people by state.
We keep your contact record and our conversation history for as long as we may still be able to help you, and after that for as long as we need it for our records or the law requires. In practice that means we keep lead records for 3 years after our last contact with you, and records connected to a closed transaction for 7 years because tax and property records require it. For website analytics, Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. Aggregated analytics reports, meaning counts and totals that do not identify you, are not covered by either of those limits and stay available to us for longer. You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the section above.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this site and access controls on the systems that hold your record. No website or company can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Please do not email us documents containing account numbers or a Social Security number.
This site is meant for adults selling or dealing with real property. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We link to outside resources, such as HUD-approved counseling agencies, the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, and legal aid organizations, because they are genuinely useful. We do not control those sites and this policy does not cover them. Read their privacy policies before giving them information.
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we will make that clear rather than quietly swapping the text. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
Ask us. You will get a straight answer, and asking will not put you on a list.
